    ABC Logistics Inc. places a high level of importance on information security to enhance corporate reputation and to protect its own business continuity as well as the significant and/or sensitive information of its stakeholders. In accordance with the Information Security Management System (ISMS), it adopts and manages the following aspects within its defined activities: Professionalism and Creativity: Safeguarding information by ensuring the accessibility, integrity, and confidentiality of all necessary information in our operations. Ensuring compliance with information security management system requirements, national and international legal requirements, regulations, and continuously improving the system's compliance and effectiveness. Enhancing the knowledge and skills of employees to ensure their contribution to information security. Raising awareness among employees, customers, and third parties about information security to protect their own and stakeholders' information. Developing business continuity plans and taking proactive measures against changing and evolving information security threats through risk analysis. Creating appropriate physical and electronic environments for the security of information assets and ensuring timely detection, intervention, and elimination of security breaches when they occur. All employees and suppliers of the organization are obligated to act in accordance with the Information Security Management System policies, procedures, and controls, and fulfill the responsibilities assigned to them. The HR policy of ABC Logistics aims to create a fair, healthy, safe, and respectful work environment in compliance with labor laws and regulations, supporting the development of its employees to foster the company's growth together with its employees. Recruitment and Selection Process: To reach candidates who will contribute to our corporate culture by adapting and adding value, we utilize career portals, print advertisements, internal announcements, approved consulting firms, and support from the Turkish Employment Agency (Ä°ÅžKUR). Anyone is free to apply for these positions. Our goal is to recruit candidates who possess the knowledge, skills, qualifications, and competencies required for the vacant positions determined in accordance with the budget work carried out at the beginning of each year. Discrimination based on factors such as language, religion, race, gender, or physical disability is unacceptable during recruitment and within the organization. Initial interviews with suitable candidates are conducted by the human resources recruitment team or regional managers in the relevant regions. Personality inventories, foreign language exams, and competency-based interviews are conducted based on the defined qualifications and competencies of the respective position. Suitable candidates are referred to department managers for further interviews. Respecting customer rights and adopting the principle of responding to complaints fairly and promptly. Evaluating the opinions of customers, staff, and other relevant parties regarding complaints and improving the process accordingly. The resolution process of complaints will be completed as soon as possible, and customer satisfaction will be ensured. Necessary resources will be provided for this purpose. Using customer feedback and complaint statistics to determine strategies for continuous improvement. Continuously improving by following practices that increase employee satisfaction and productivity. Observing and monitoring customer expectations, suggestions, and complaints, and providing feedback and recommendations.
