Recruitment and Selection Process: To reach candidates who will contribute to our corporate culture by adapting and adding value, we utilize career portals, print advertisements, internal announcements, approved consulting firms, and support from the Turkish Employment Agency (Ä°ÅžKUR). Anyone is free to apply for these positions. Our goal is to recruit candidates who possess the knowledge, skills, qualifications, and competencies required for the vacant positions determined in accordance with the budget work carried out at the beginning of each year. Discrimination based on factors such as language, religion, race, gender, or physical disability is unacceptable during recruitment and within the organization. Initial interviews with suitable candidates are conducted by the human resources recruitment team or regional managers in the relevant regions.
