A.Ş (“ABC Logistics” or “Institution”); To show the necessary care and sensitivity to protect the personal data of our employees, employee candidates, interns, product or service buyers, potential product or service buyers, employees/authorities of the institution or company we supply goods or services to, third parties with whom we have a business relationship, and our visitors, ABC It is a policy and an institutional value of logistics. Necessary administrative and technical measures are taken by our institution for the protection of personal data.
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”); data controllers;

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

If the processing activity carried out for the aforementioned purposes does not meet any of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK, ABC International Transport Tic. Singing. A.Ş. provides the explicit consent of the personal data owner.
TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA
ABC International Transport Tic. Singing. A.Ş notifies the personal data owner of the groups of persons to whom personal data is transferred, in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK.
ABC International Transport Tic. Singing. A.Ş may transfer the personal data of data subjects managed with this policy in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK to the following categories of persons:
● To authorized public institutions and organizations for the planning of human resources processes
● To authorized public institutions and organizations for the execution of fringe benefits and benefits processes for employees
● To authorized public institutions and organizations and financial institutions in order to fulfill the obligations arising from employment contracts and legislation for employees

METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Our institution, within the scope of the execution of business activities of the data subjects specified in this text, various contracts, waybills, invoices, e-mails, notifications from administrative and judicial authorities or third real or legal persons, incoming and outgoing documents, purchases of goods and services, tenders and direct procurement processes, employee payroll tracking, employee and intern recruitment processes, salary payments of employees and interns, creation of SGK records of employees and interns, training processes of employees, disciplinary investigations, leave processes of employees, operations within the scope of occupational health and safety, all quality processes, customer satisfaction surveys, meeting etc. management of activities, entry processes of visitors and employee candidates to the Institution, order procurement and delivery, sales processes, notifications to authorized public institutions and organizations, printing of Institution IDs, Institution website, security camera system, e-mail system, HES Code application and here In the second paragraph of Article 4 of the KVKK, through verbal, written or electronic channels, but not limited to what is written;

In accordance with its principles; express consent (KVKK art. 5/1) or other data processing conditions stipulated in the KVKK (KVKK art. 5/2-a, 5/2-c, 5/2-ç, 5/2-f, 6/ 3) is collected under.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF PERSONAL DATA
Our institution stores personal data in accordance with the purposes of processing. If the storage period is determined in the legislation regarding each data, it is kept during this period. In cases where there is no storage period in the legislation, the need for this data is determined and stored for reasonable periods in line with the purposes of processing. While determining these periods, sectoral practices are taken into account and the statute of limitations is taken as a basis. The storage period of any data is not determined longer than the periods in the legislation.
They will be destroyed when the purpose and reason for processing personal data disappears. There is one exception to this situation:
● For the fulfillment of our legal obligations; Relevant personal data will be kept during the required statute of limitations, in order to make the necessary defense or to obtain information in disputes to which our institution is a party or whose information is sought.
RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON
Each related person has the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:
● Learning whether personal data is processed,
● Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
● Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
● Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
● To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to notify third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
● Demanding the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
● Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
● Demanding the removal of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
In this context, you can exercise your rights above by printing out the "Data Owner Application Form" on our company website and filling it out;
● To send a notice to our institution through a notary public,
● Making an application in person (by hand) with a wet-signed petition with documents that help identify your identity,
● To send registered mail to our institution, or
● You can use it by applying with a secure e-signature to the e-mail address abctransport@hs03.kep.tr.
The requests of the person concerned will be evaluated and resolved free of charge as soon as possible and ultimately within thirty (30) working days at the latest. In case the evaluation and decision-making process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be taken as basis.
